A typical demo walks through admissions with magic-link parent onboarding, attendance and parent communication, invoice-first billing with your currency and VAT settings, and the AI tools included with every plan: translation into 100+ languages, Write with AI for staff drafts, and the optional 24/7 website enquiry assistant. Pricing is $1 per student per month with all features included. There is no payment gateway, no accounting integration, and no public API in the current release; customization is available when you need it.

Is Clayox only for the UAE?: No. Clayox is global, starting in the GCC. UAE deployments default to AED, 5% VAT, and Asia/Dubai timezone; other centres configure currency, VAT, and timezone to match their market.
