Does Clayox include mobile apps?
Parent, Teacher, and Admin portals are fully responsive with PWA install, add them to your home screen on phone or tablet. Native mobile apps are on the roadmap.
Can I use my own currency and timezone?
Yes. Currency, timezone, and tax/VAT are configurable per deployment. UAE centres typically use AED, 5% VAT, and Asia/Dubai timezone by default.
Is there online payment processing?
Manual payment recording and parent payment proof submissions are supported today. Online payment gateways are on the roadmap.
How is my centre's data isolated?
Each centre gets a dedicated deployment with its own database, private object storage, CDN, and email identity, data is not shared between customers.
Does Clayox support nursery billing with VAT?
Yes. Tax/VAT rate is configurable per deployment with per-line taxable flags on invoices. UAE nurseries typically use 5% VAT with AED currency.
