Yes. Parents get a scoped portal for their child's activity feed, messaging, attendance, and invoices. Teachers and admins use role-tailored surfaces in the same platform.
Is there a native parent app on the App Store?
No. Parents install the responsive web portal as a PWA on phone or tablet. Native mobile apps are on the roadmap.
Can families read updates in Arabic or other languages?
The product UI is English. On-demand AI translation lets parents and staff translate messages, broadcasts, and activity updates into 100+ languages, including Arabic. That is message translation only, not an Arabic interface.
Does the website AI enquiry assistant replace parent messaging?
No. The included 24/7 enquiry chat widget is for prospective families on your marketing site. Enrolled families use in-app messaging and the activity feed. Staff review enquiry chats and convert qualified conversations to leads manually.
