No. Professional email is not included in the plan. Centres can buy professional email separately from Clayox.
Is the 24/7 AI enquiry assistant included?
Yes. Every plan includes a 24/7 AI enquiry assistant on your centre website. The assistant is a chat widget; your team reviews conversations and converts qualified enquiries into pipeline leads manually.
Does billing support multiple currencies and VAT for the GCC?
Yes. Currency, VAT rate, and timezone are configurable per centre (default AED / 5% VAT). Each centre bills in its local currency (AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, or OMR) with its own VAT rate. A single invoice is always in that centre's configured currency, not multiple currencies on one invoice.
Does the price include cloud infrastructure?
The license covers the product at $1 per student per month. Underlying cloud usage for your Clayox deployment (storage, email volume, CDN egress) is billed by your cloud provider and scales with real usage. Centre website hosting on the included clayox.com subdomain is part of the plan.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is included in your first deployment. We'll walk through a launch checklist so your centre is ready for parents on day one.
