Clayox software on its own is $0.99 per student per month, billed annually with a minimum of 20 students. Digital Partnership is a separate annual package that includes Clayox for 25 students plus the website and digital services above.

What is Digital Partnership?
The IGENTX Childcare Digital Partnership pairs Clayox with a done-for-you digital setup for your centre: a premium centre website with hosting and SSL, a 24/7 AI enquiry assistant, professional mailboxes, and SEO support. It is delivered by IGENTX for childcare and early learning centres. Clayox remains the operations platform; the partnership covers the public digital layer around it.
Is Clayox included in every package?
Yes. Starter, Plus, and Growth each include Clayox for 25 students. Additional students are $0.99 per student per month, billed annually with the package. Enterprise sizes Clayox to your centre. Clayox software on its own is also available at $0.99 per student per month (billed annually, minimum 20 students).
Is the website included in the annual fee?
Yes. Starter, Plus, and Growth include a premium centre website with hosting and SSL in the annual package price. We tailor it to your centre: colours matched to your logo, your own or custom-created images, and copy that fits your centre's goals. Additional website work beyond that is scoped and quoted separately. Packages are billed annually; the monthly figures on this page are equivalents of that annual price, not a monthly payment option.
How does the AI enquiry assistant work?
It is a 24/7 chat widget on your centre website that answers prospective families. Your team reviews the conversations in Clayox and decides which enquiries to convert into leads and admissions. It does not create leads or admissions automatically. The assistant is part of Digital Partnership from Starter and up; it is not included with Clayox software on its own.
What does website maintenance cover?
Plus includes 1 hour and Growth includes 3 hours of maintenance time per month for your centre website. Starter does not include maintenance hours. Website maintenance hours do not roll over to the next month. Work that goes beyond your monthly hours is quoted separately.
What SEO services are included?
Starter includes a basic SEO setup. Plus adds ongoing SEO and GEO support. Growth adds more active SEO and GEO support plus Google Business Profile support. SEO support helps set up and maintain your digital foundations; we do not guarantee search rankings or traffic outcomes.
Can I request a custom package?
Yes. Enterprise is a custom digital partnership with tailored Clayox, mailbox, maintenance, website, and SEO scope. You can also add students ($0.99 per student per month) or mailboxes ($0.49 per mailbox per month) to Starter, Plus, or Growth.
How do I get started?
